QS Return and Refund Policy
Digital Product Policy
QS is a digital Shopify theme delivered electronically. Once your purchase is completed, access to theme files, documentation, and supporting assets is provided digitally.
Because QS is a digital product, we generally do not offer returns or refunds once the files have been accessed, downloaded, installed, or delivered.
By purchasing QS, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that delivery begins immediately after checkout.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, including:
You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
You purchased QS in error and have not downloaded, installed, or accessed the theme files
A verified technical issue prevents the theme from functioning as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe
Refunds are not automatic and are assessed on a case by case basis.
Non Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after purchase
Not understanding Shopify theme setup or Shopify platform limitations
Issues caused by custom code edits, third party scripts, or theme file modifications
Compatibility issues with third party apps, plugins, or external services
Requests for new features not included in the QS product description
Failure to review demos, product details, or documentation before purchase
Store design preferences or aesthetic dissatisfaction after installation
EU and International Customers
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or other regions where consumer laws apply, you may have statutory rights.
However, under EU and UK consumer regulations, the right of withdrawal may not apply to digital products once:
delivery has begun, and
the customer has provided express consent, and
the customer has acknowledged that they lose the right to cancel once delivery begins
By purchasing QS, you agree to immediate delivery of the digital product and acknowledge that you may lose any applicable right of withdrawal once the download or access process begins.
This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your country or region.
